Do you offer cancellations or refunds?

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise, you will receive partial refund as we would have already started the shipping process.

How do I track my package?

You can check on the status of your order at any time By reaching out to a customer support desk at support@doppys.com. We are available 24-7 and you will receive a reply soon. We strive for excellent customer support, But depending on time of the year we may take longer in processing requests.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has shipped. Once shipped, your order will arrive within 10 to 12 business days in the US and Canada. Other countries can take up to 28 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas.
